The Premier Common Assessment Standard is the highest of the CHAS accreditations. This standard shows that our company is PAS 91 compliant and operating to the highest standards within the construction industry.

The Premier Common Assessment Standard is the most comprehensive accreditation programme CHAS offer, covering 12 key areas of risk management, including and building on areas assessed under the PAS 91. By covering many different aspects of risk management, the Premier Common Assessment Standard can reduce risk across the whole supply chain.

• Financial — The Assessment demonstrates that we have taken the necessary steps to reduce financial risks


• Corporate and Professional Standing — Demonstrates that we have met the required level of corporate and professional standing, essentially that we are operating to the highest legal standards


• Health and Safety — Show that we have taken all necessary steps to protect our employees, subcontractors, site visitors and not least the public from harm and that we operate to the highest standards to protect their health, safety and welfare


• Environmental — Demonstrates that we have taken the necessary steps to reduce the environmental impact of projects and meet environmental management standards.


• Quality — Demonstrates quality assurance to prevent problems from arising and to reduce the risks involved in projects, confirming that we meet quality management standards


• Equality — Demonstrates our company promotes equality and diversity in the workplace and that all people are treated fairly.


• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) — Considers how we impact society and that our CSR policy is implemented and fit for purpose


• Information Security and GDPR — Demonstrates we are protecting personal data in line with the GDPR.


• Building Information Modelling — Assesses how we develop, manage and control design information


• Anti-Bribery and Corruption — Demonstrates that we have implemented procedures to prevent persons within or associated with your organisation from receiving bribes or bribing others.


• Modern Slavery — Demonstrates that we have procedures in place to assess and manage modern slavery and human trafficking risks.
